ANIMATION | PAYS DE LUMBRES : COACHING MARCHE NORDIQUE

Come and try your hand at coaching on the Destination Marche Nordique routes in the Pays de Lumbres. On the programme: presentation of the discipline and its benefits; hydration and basic nutrition; hands-on practice in the form of workshops; time for questions and answers. Part of the programme will take place indoors.
