Amélie CAZIN welcomes you to La ferme du Paillard this Saturday 16 December from 2pm to 6pm for various events and direct sales of pork, rabbit, poultry and Limousin red meat. Activities on offer:
- Cooking workshop and sale of ready-to-cook capons.
- Foie gras cookery workshop (at 3pm and 4.30pm, registration by phone);
capon sales; recipe discovery; farm mascot; mulled wine and crêpe tasting; tombola.
