As the stories unfold, you will meet this woman who used her imagination, humour and self-confidence to save the life that was growing inside her. Through her, you will discover the story of Princess Noor, who refuses to marry a prince as her father demands. The story of a young girl who dreams of being the most beautiful at tonight's party, the party for Moussa, the King's son. And finally, the story of the first man and the first woman. From the time when men and women were the same size, the same strength, the same intelligence...

What is "Conteurs en campagne"? It's a festival of professional storytellers from all over France who travel to the rural towns and villages of our region to put down their luggage for one or two shows, in which CAPSO and its network of libraries are partners. With shows for young audiences, families, music and adults, there's something for everyone in this eclectic programme. Once again this year, the library network is hosting several artists. Don't know the libraries in the network yet? This is a great opportunity to discover them, whatever your age.
