Learn to play golf in Lumbres

In profile to my target, feet flat, knees slightly bent, I have my hands on the grip and make the movement of the arms and wrists associated with the rotation of the torso, in one direction and then in the other. I look at my ball on the ground and then stare at the horizon after I hit it, motionless. I learn to make a nice finish:at the end of the swing, rotate the bust and hips, facing the target, lift the back foot and bringing the arms and the club on the opposite shoulder, stay in position until the ball stops.

I apply myself throughout the exercise, making some nice throws. Sylvain congratulates me and invites me to come back and practice, during a training course or one of the many open days organized by the club.
