Once upon a time… A verdant landscape crossed by charming waterways and dominated by impressive monuments. In the heart of Aire-sur-la-Lys, surnamed “the Belle of the Pas-de-Calais”, a collegiate church, chapels and a belfry listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site, vie for the limelight with cobbled streets, little flower-bedecked bridges and natural areas such as the Ballastières, a veritable haven of peace right in the center of town.
