The Auberge de l'Arc-en-ciel in Fauquembergues offers authentic, generous cuisine combining local produce and spices from elsewhere, brought back by chef Véronique Ranson from her travels around the world.
The restaurant regularly hosts themed evenings such as tapas evenings and pub concerts followed by an indoor dinner. In fine weather, the terrace opens onto a pretty corner of nature.
