63rd Andouille Festival on Sunday 7 September

The Andouille Festival in Aire-sur-la-Lys is a veritable local institution, held every 1st weekend in September. This year, the “Belle du Pas-de-Calais” celebrates the 63rd edition of this emblematic popular festival, which attracts thousands of locals and visitors every year. In the morning, come and cheer on the runners in the traditional pedestrian races in the town centre. Feast on the famous Aire-sur-la-Lys andouille sausage from the town’s butchers and butchers, as well as the local restaurants, before enjoying the day’s entertainment. In the evening, it’s time for the party and the concerts, with nationally-renowned artists performing on the Grand Place for the enjoyment of the general public. This festive and convivial day is a great opportunity to get together with family and friends. LES COURSES PÉDESTRES DE L’ANDOUILLE OSA Athlétisme invites you to join them on Sunday 7 September at 9am for the traditional Andouille Festival footrace, starting and finishing in the Grand Place. Start times will vary from 9am to 10.50am, depending on the age of the participants and the distance to be covered, ranging from 800m to 10 km. FREE GRAND CONCERT EVENING “HORIZON MUSIC LIVE” From 7pm, you’ll be able to enjoy an opening act featuring young artists. Then the group MAGIC SYSTEM will take to the stage to perform their greatest hits, including the classic “Magic in the Air”. Great atmosphere guaranteed! M. POKORA, the French star on his Adrénaline Tour, will be performing hits from his latest album, including “Eclipse” and “Reflet”. To round off this 2025 edition, former footballer Djibril Cissé, who has become a DJ since retiring from the game, will be offering an after-party set that will have you dancing on the dancefloor.
