Fraughtly inaugurated last April after renovation work, the Mannessier mill is a new facility open to the public located in the heart of the authentic market town of Fauquembergues (62560).The Mannessier mill, managed by the Comité d’Histoie du Haut-Pays, offers a range of increasingly developed activities aimed at the general public, but not only :
- guided tours: themed or special, for individuals/groups/schools;
- exhibitions : installation-concert with artist Fréric Tentelier, textile booklet on the river’s inhabitants with artist Oriane Duboz, or in partnership with enerlya;
- a yoga session;
- a book signing;
- various events: storytelling, themed walks, mystery tours…
For July and September, other activities await you: Escape game, walks, special tours for the European Heritage Days… and this autumn, a special programme is being brought to you à l’occasion de la Saint-Winnoc à la fin octobre before its winter closure.
