Sunday 27 April at 11am: National Day of Remembrance of the Deportation
11.30am: Updating of the portrait wall at the Memorial to the Deportees and Fusillées of Nord-Pas-de-Calais.
On the occasion of the National Day of Remembrance of the Deportation, 170 new portraits will be added to the Memorial to the Deportees and Fusillées of Nord-Pas-de-Calais, completing the 1,200 already there. This update honours the memory of those who suffered during the Second World War.
