Accompanied and supervised by Sylvain, a qualified cycling instructor, discover the different parts of your bike and familiarise yourself with the basics of the highway code and safety rules. Through fun games, develop your balance and learn to master pedalling, steering and braking so you can take your first turns on the wheel on your own! Don't forget sportswear suitable for the activity and the weather conditions, a water bottle, a helmet and a bike in good working order. The workshop takes place in a safe environment. Children will be offered a snack during the workshop.
