Accompanied and supervised by Sylvain, a qualified cycling instructor, come and improve your cycling and gain in confidence! You'll learn how to check the essentials before riding (FRED method) and how to adjust your helmet properly. Through fun exercises, you can practise slaloms, changes of direction and direction finding, learn to ride without support and overcome small obstacles. You'll also discover different braking techniques, from progressive braking to emergency braking, while having fun with games like bike limbo. Remember to bring sportswear suitable for the activity and the weather conditions, a water bottle, a helmet and a bike in good working order. Children will be offered a snack during the workshop. The workshop takes place in a closed environment, with part of it in an open area on a cycle path. Level required: be able to control the pedalling, steering and braking of your bike.
