Accompanied and supervised by Sylvain, a state-certified cycling instructor, set off on a two-hour outing in an urban environment and develop your independence on a bike in a real-life situation.
Learn to read, observe and obey road signs, while familiarising yourself with city traffic: roundabouts, managing priorities, using cycle locks, greenways and cycle lanes. You'll also discover how to communicate effectively with other road users, using appropriate gestures.
Don't forget sportswear suitable for the activity and the weather conditions, a water bottle, a helmet and a bike in good working order.
The workshop takes place in an urban environment around Aire-sur-la-Lys.
Participants will be offered a snack during the outing.
Level required: be able to control your bike independently and know the basics of the highway code.
