"Let it sing" - La Divine Comédie
Yves Vandenbussche Voice & musical direction / Simon Dégremont Archlute & voice.
Participatory concert - As part of Heritage Days
Let It Chanté is a participatory and poetic experience based on the Beatles. The project offers an unexpected and sensitive re-reading of their greatest hits, brought to life by the unique sound of the archlute - an emblematic instrument of the Renaissance. At the crossroads of 60s pop and early music, this accessible concert invites the singers, who will be both the audience within the audience and the performers, to join us in song. Thirty minutes before the start of the performance, a short rehearsal will give everyone a chance to rehearse the Beatles songs on the programme and integrate them into the concert programme. A warm moment of musical sharing, in an intimate acoustic setting, to rediscover together the timelessness of the Beatles.
In partnership with the Saint-Omer Tourist Office.
