To begin its exploration of the 'forgotten' in society, the Visual Arts department decided to use photography.
This medium is perhaps the most important tool in portraiture, a genre in which the individual appears as close as possible to his or her reality.
And yet, by inviting Nicolas Cabos, visitors will discover that these images are more complex than they first appear.
By enlarging, working in series and printing silkscreen prints, Nicolas Cabos manages to bring out all the ambiguity in people.

Around the exhibition :
Conference on 7 October at 6pm at the CRD, Site de l'école d'art de Saint-Omer

Opening on 8 October at 6pm at the CRD, Site de l'école d'art de Saint-Omer: Dance interlude by Art Danse students from the Lycée Alexandre Ribot, Saint-Omer.

Workshop on 11 October from 10am - 12pm to 1pm - 4pm at the CRD, Site de l'école d'art de Saint-Omer: In conjunction with the exhibition, a workshop for teenage and adult students from the visual arts department, on the theme of framing and series.
