Take a behind-the-scenes look at the museum and find out about one of the major tasks carried out by the collections management team: the collation of the collections, involving more than 55,000 objects! Why is this colossal task absolutely essential? Because it allows us to locate and identify the objects, indicate their state of conservation and gather a whole host of information about them.

These surveys of the collections provide an opportunity not only to study the works and plan their restoration, but also to exhibit them and even take them on trips, because let's not forget that one of the essential missions of a museum is to share them with everyone! Restored Japanese paintings, rediscovered Mexican figurines, masterpieces recovered after theft... the Musée Sandelin is the place to be!

Exhibition open from Wednesday to Sunday. Free admission every Sunday.
