To mark the European Heritage Days, La Barcarolle is throwing open the doors of the Moulin à Café, which houses the Italian-style theatre as well as the rooms of the former Hôtel de Ville. On the programme: free and guided tours punctuated by short lyrical concerts.
The Theatre of Saint-Omer - nicknamed the Moulin à Café because of its characteristic shape - opens its doors to reveal its stories and secrets. As you stroll around the theatre, you may come across some artists who are ready to offer you a delicious musical impromptu under the great chandelier of the Italian-style theatre!
Les impromptus lyriques du Moulin à Café.
Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September, at 11.45am, 4pm and 5pm: Soprano Aurore Bucher and cellist Jérémie Arcache await you in the sumptuous setting of the Italian-style theatre for a short concert of opera arias and more unexpected songs. Enjoy the exceptional acoustics of this iconic venue.
