This is the first level of astronomy training for the very young, and is based on a sensitive and sensory approach to their environment. They will learn about distance, time, space and orders of magnitude, as well as the concepts of day and night. By the end of the lesson, children will have a better understanding of the world around them, enabling them to
begin their discovery of observing and understanding the sky.
