An interactive workshop led by a dietician to discuss and discover tips and tricks for eating well for ageing.
This prevention initiative is free and open to all, with 3 sessions on offer: from 10am to 11.30am, then from 12.15pm to 1.45pm and from 2.30pm to 4pm.
