Accompanied by Sylvain, a qualified cycling instructor, set off for a day's cycling along EuroVelo 5, between Saint-Omer and Aire-sur-la-Lys. Departing from the Pays de Saint-Omer Tourist Office, enjoy an accessible itinerary combining nature and heritage: explore the area around Saint-Omer station, cycle along the canal, stop off at the Fontinettes boat lift for a self-guided tour with an audioguide, cross the Ballastières and visit the Aire marina. At midday, you can opt for a lunch break in Aire-sur-la-Lys. Don't forget sportswear suitable for the activity and the weather conditions, a water bottle, a helmet and a bike in good working order. Level required: be able to control your bike independently and know the basics of the highway code. 12 years and over, minors accompanied by an adult.
