rents chalet with private fishing pond located in Merck st Liévin for 4 people chalet comprising: -one bedroom with double bed -crockery for 20 people -living room with sofa bed for 2 people -new fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine) -Bathroom (shower, washbasin) -wc -veranda OUTSIDE -terrace -barbecues -ping pong table (rackets not provided) -swing -barque -wooded grounds with views over meadows in a peaceful setting -pets welcome POND - fenced pond -trout can be stocked on request (3.5 euros per trout) fish-filled pond with bream, tench, carp, cardoon, eel, etc. -fishing without a licence RATES: LOW SEASON (all year except July and August) -60€ per night (24h) during the week for a minimum of 2 days -200€ per weekend -400 per week HIGH SEASON (July/August) full week only for €500 per week Rates include all utilities (water, gas, electricity) bed linen and towels are NOT provided DEPOSIT of 400€ and insurance certificate required on arrival Contact by email or telephone.
