The Pays de Saint-Omer is hosting and organising an increasing number of major sporting events. There are countless competitions across all disciplines, ranging from team sports to individual sports, taking place in our region: Rink hockey, golf, gymnastics, cycling, athletics, canoe polo, rugby, swimming, badminton, shooting… Our local athletes shine with their talent at national and/or international competitions, and our residents are passionate supporters, always ready to cheer on their champions.
Here you’ll find plenty of opportunities to get excited about our athletes’ achievements, whom you can cheer on at major events such as:
- National and Elite Trampoline Qualifier 2 on 8 March at the AMGA in Arques.
- Rink Hockey Champions League with SCRA Saint-Omer hosting Porto on 12 March, Igualada on 25 March and Trissino on 15 April in Saint-Omer.
- The PARAGOLF OPEN, taking place from 24 to 26 April, the last edition of which brought together 70 champions from 11 countries in Lumbres and is part of the EDGA world rankings.
- 70th edition of the 4 Days of Dunkirk, Hauts-de-France Grand Prix: 24 May in Saint-Omer.
- 1st Audomarois Ultra Duathlon: 24 May at the Malhove lake in Arques.
- Audo’Marathon, Saint-Omer Half-Marathon and Mixed Relay: 31 May in Saint-Omer.
- 25th Pas-de-Calais International Canoe Polo Tournament: 30 and 31 May in Saint-Omer.
- 5th Najeti Hotels & Golfs Collection Cup: 13 and 14 June in Lumbres, accompanied by a Kids Cup.
- 5th Departmental Athletics Meeting and Regional Middle-Distance and Steeplechase Championships: Saturday 4 July in Longuenesse.
- Le Semis du Houblon, running & hiking [FULL] : 4 and 5 September in Arques.
- Mixed Golf Open: the HAUTS DE FRANCE – PAS DE CALAIS Golf Open, a unique event in France, from 8 to 12 September in Lumbres, and the only mixed professional tournament in France.
- 39th Audomarois Triathlon & Duathlon: 12 September at the Malhove lake in Arques.
