Description
Le Jardin de Maike is hosting Michel Vernal, an author and photographer, until 18 September.
"This unexpected garden, tucked away between the town and the marshes, is home to ground-cover perennials, trees and shrubs with staggered flowering periods, arranged according to colour schemes. Here, insects, small animals and birds – both resident and migratory – return to gather around a pond and to visit the apiary and fruit trees.
Le Jardin de Maike is a private garden, laid out in the English landscape style.
Accessible to people with reduced mobility and physical disabilities.
Access: Car park 150 metres away.
Please note: Marike’s Garden is also open by appointment every Saturday afternoon from 1 April to 31 October, for self-guided or guided tours (approximately 2 hours).
Open to groups (French/English) between 3 pm and 6 pm.
