Uncover the secrets of the Fontinettes Boat Lift, a jewel of industrial architecture. Step back in time to discover the history of this monument, which is unique in France. An audio-guided tour is available. Museum visits with an audio guide are available daily from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00 in July and August. Please note: Guided tours of the boat lift are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 2.30 pm and 4 pm (Wednesday to Saturday inclusive). A ‘Sailors’ Knots’ workshop for children aged 6 to 10, accompanied by an adult, is available on Thursdays 23, 30 July and 13, 20 and 27 August, from 10.30 am to 12 noon at the Boat Lift. Approximate duration of the audio-guided tour: 1 hour
